Please contact Langford Gems prior to returning goods. We will do our best to resolve any issues. Goods can be returned to Langford Gems for a refund within 3 days of receipt of goods. Shipping will not be refunded. A restocking fee of up to 2.7% may be charged where the payment gateway does not refund fees incurred. Return shipping will be at the purchaser’s cost. Sign On Delivery is recommended. Please package returned goods in a similar manner to which they were received to ensure safe postage. Refunds will not be given if the item is damaged once returned.
